HEART DOG PINS
HEART DOG Resin Pin: Made of Resin and containing Alcohol Inks. Featured at 2 1/2" tall x 1/4" thick. These are one-of-a-kind creations and I cannot create an identical pendant or pin. However, I can create a pendant or pin based on similar colour blends and style combinations. Pins come with two clutch pins on the back.
 
These HEART DOG pins come packaged in a small product bag affixed onto a small card that states MY (COPYRIGHT) explanation of what a HEART DOG is.

FRONT: What is a Heart Dog? If you Google “Heart Dog” many different things come up but essentially, people claim that your “heart dog” is in fact your canine soul mate. Your “heart dog” is a dog that comes into your life, and you connect in a way that you can’t explain.
 
BACK: You can’t go shopping for a “Heart Dog” and just buy one, and sometimes you don’t even realize they’re your “Heart Dog” until you lose them. You know each other in ways that you can’t explain, and you have a profound deep attachment. A love, if you will, that you won’t find with other dogs you may have had. INSIDE: Rainbow Bridge PoemJust this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.   • TAKING CARE OF YOUR  RESIN PENDANT/PIN

    • Resin is water resistant, not waterproof – so taking it off whilst showering, washing up, swimming, etc is advised. This point is especially important if the piece also contains metal (which all my pieces do) as exposure will cause tarnishing (blackening or discoloration of the metal) to happen more quickly.

    • I use Alcohol Inks which can fade if exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time.

    • Excessive heat for long periods of time can also soften/warp the resin.
